You do not need to join NESSA to run our events.

Fees:

• Member Association Fee: $50.00 – This money will go to the Points Fund and cover Association administrative costs.
• Tech card fee at gate (All racers, members and non members): $30.00. This money goes to Lebanon Valley Dragway.
• Regular Event Entry Fee (Association Members): 45.00 per event paid at racer meeting held at the Gazebo before 1st  Qualifying run.
• Note: The $45.00 entry fee will be reduced to 40.00 once our website funds are covered.
• Regular Event Entry Fee (Non-Member Racers): $60.00 per event paid at racer meeting held at the Gazebo before 1st Qualifying run.

($15.00 goes to the point’s fund)

All regular entry fees go to the race day payout.

All rounds of competition will be laddered (first-round ladder is based on your best time trial closest to the 10.90 index).

You must pay the NESSA entry fee at the Drivers Meeting in order to qualify for a spot on the ladder.

If you arrive after the meeting, you may still enter as long as you pay the entry fee prior to Round One of eliminations.

In the event you do not receive time trial due to late arrival, you will be placed at the bottom of the ladder with no time trial.

You must pay prior to entering the staging lanes for a qualifying pass.

If you do not stage your car for Round One, you will receive zero points for that event. If you fail to stage in any other round, you will become that rounds loser and receive the corresponding points.

Qualifying passed will be called on the PA system.

Please be ready for the call and proceed to the staging lanes once called to avoid event delays.
