Some of the NESSA racers have teamed together to make plans for a BBQ which is to be held after the race on September 25. Anyone interested on attending can see Ken VanGorder for details and food contributions.
Ken has also come up with a good idea of have NESSA stickers make up.
I believe he will have them at our next race for sale for a minimal fee.
We need more racers like Ken that step forward with ideas and efforts that help enhance our program.

Ken VanGorder is on FIRE with two wins back to back defeating current points leader Ray Butler in the final round with dead on 10.908 to Butler's 10.923.
Semis- Todd Francisco
Todd also took the number one qualifying position and points.
Next race set for this Saturday 8/28.

NESSA RACE 4 in the books
Mother Nature was on our side with a perfect day for racing.
Congrats to Ken VanGorder on is first NESSA win!!

Don Terpening grabbed the number one qualifying spot with 10.902
Ken VanGorder takes the bounty bucks by defeating last race winner Ray Butler.
Next Race is in two weeks August 14.

card at the gate, you tell them you are running
The tech card fee is 30.00.
If there is a discrepancy with the fee amount,
request they contact Wayne ( track manager) he will make the
correction.

A reminder that race two was
rained out on May 8th.
This will be made up on
Saturday September 25.
Mark this date on your
calendar as this is not listed on the LVD
schedule.

aware of the glitch in results link on the LVD
website.
When you click the NESSA link
you see a link “Results and points click
here”.
That does not work, however if
you click on the NESSA site just above that will direct you to our
website
I will work with Jim to see
about fixing the issue.
Once again I want to remind
everyone that I am seeking someone to take the helm for next
season.
No one has stepped up as of
yet.
It would be a shame to see our
program dissipate after eight growing
seasons.
I am not going anywhere and
will help where and when I can however its time for someone to step
up.
This could be a group of
people that each take a share of the
responsibilities.
Please put some thought into
this and contact me with any interests.

NESSA Results 4/24/2010
Our 2010 season kick off was a great success.
21 racers making the field.
Congratulations to: Winner Ray Butler, runner up Al Williams, and semis Grant Nichols.
Number one Qualifier Drew Wonderly grabbed the bonus points. (yea I got lucky)
A special thanks to Wayne and the entire staff at LVD for getting our race in considering the two major oil downs. Great job!
It was great to see many new names and faces climb aboard.
Welcome.
I look forward to our next race, Saturday May 8.
